Where are the thyroid nodules?

Thyroid nodules are found on the thyroid gland and need to be clearly diagnosed and followed up for observation or surgical treatment. Thyroid nodules can be located in the right or left lobe or isthmus of the thyroid gland, and most of the patients do not have obvious clinical symptoms, but if the nodules are relatively large, they may have pressure symptoms. If the thyroid nodules are small and considered benign, it is recommended that the patient go to the hospital every year for follow-up and observation; if malignant thyroid nodules are considered, pathologic examination can be completed to clarify the diagnosis, and thyroidectomy is the first choice for malignant thyroidectomy treatment. If you have thyroid nodules, you should cooperate with your doctor to complete the relevant examinations to clarify the nature of the nodules, and further treatment under the doctor’s guidance to avoid delaying your condition.
