Can pre-lung cancer be cured?

Lung cancer is important to early detection and early treatment, and there is still a chance to be cured in early stage. In recent years, the incidence of lung cancer is getting younger and younger. People above 40 years old, especially those at high risk of lung cancer, should learn some tumor knowledge and master some initial signals of lung cancer and other cancers, so that once there are warning signs, they should seek timely medical treatment and timely symptomatic treatment. Four initial symptoms of lung cancer: Cough: the first symptom and initial warning sign of lung. If the patient has an irritating dry cough that does not improve after one to two weeks of anti-inflammatory treatment, the patient and the doctor should pay great attention to it and be alert to the possibility of the existence of central lung cancer. Chest pain: Initial chest pain is usually irregular chest tightness, pressure or dull pain, and sometimes the patient cannot even describe the nature and specific location of the pain. For people over 40 years old, once they feel chest pain, they should be checked before it is too late. Fever: After the lung cancer lesion obstructs the larger bronchus or invades the bronchial wall and causes bronchial narrowing, the secretion in the distal bronchus may accumulate and cannot be emptied, which may cause generalized fever due to infection. If the fever is accompanied by intra-pulmonary shadow, it should not be let go easily and the real cause should be searched carefully. Bloody sputum: It is the first symptom of central type lung cancer. It is often caused by the ulceration of cancer foci and manifests as blood in sputum or blood clots, while massive hemoptysis is rare. Therefore, men and women over 40 years of age with no previous history of hemoptysis and sudden appearance of unexplained bloody sputum should first think of the possibility of lung cancer. No matter what cancer is, because its early stage does not have specific manifestations, it is usually easy to be misdiagnosed or ignored, and by the time when examination is necessary, it is often in the middle or late stage and the best time for treatment is missed. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the early symptoms of related cancers to achieve early detection, early treatment and early eradication. What drugs are available for early stage of lung cancer? The hope of early cure is the greatest. The treatment of early stage of lung cancer is mainly based on surgical treatment, chemotherapy assisted, and Chinese medicine conditioning treatment plan. Clinical practice has confirmed that Chinese ginseng extract ginsenoside Rh2 can achieve anti-tumor efficacy and effectively prevent cancer recurrence and metastasis by reversing the differentiation of cancer cells into normal cells, regulating the proliferation cycle of tumor cells, immunomodulatory effect and repairing the damage caused by radiotherapy for tumor patients. At the same time, the combination of ginsenoside Rh2 with radiotherapy can play a role in increasing the effectiveness and reducing the toxicity of lung cancer, which may be related to smoking, atmospheric pollution, long-term exposure to certain chemical carcinogens and radioactive substances in daily life. At the same time, lung cancer is difficult to be detected at an early stage, and it is mostly in the middle and late stages when detected. At present, chemotherapy is the main means to treat patients with advanced lung cancer. However, the main reason for the failure of chemotherapy in clinical practice is that advanced lung cancer is resistant to anti-cancer drugs. Therefore, it is crucial to find anti-cancer drugs that can effectively overcome the drug resistance of tumor cells with low toxic side effects, and ginsenoside Rh2 is one such drug. It is generally believed that ginsenoside Rh2 plays two roles in chemotherapy drugs targeting cancer cells, i.e., additive or synergistic. The inhibition rate of ginsenoside Rh2 on lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells and cisplatin-resistant cells A549 DDP. It was found that ginsenoside Rh2 significantly inhibited both types of cells, and the inhibition rate of ginsenoside Rh2 on A549 DDP cells was significantly enhanced with the increase of concentration. It showed that ginsenoside Rh2 could induce apoptosis in A549 DDP cells. In addition, the excessive toxic side effects of chemical drugs, especially the inhibition of bone marrow, the decrease of white blood cells, and the serious damage to the patient’s autoimmunity, are risky. In contrast, natural drugs have the advantage of low toxicity and low irritation. Ginsenoside Rh2 is a non-cytotoxic antitumor drug, which can effectively inhibit the growth and proliferation of lung cancer cells. Ginseng has a long history of consumption and medicinal use in China. Ginsenoside Rh2 is used as a natural, low-toxicity antitumor drug for lung cancer in advanced stages. The research and clinical application of its pharmacological effects have a broad prospect.
