Exercise rehabilitation training for knee synovitis is mainly divided into two stages: acute stage and recovery stage.
1. Acute stage: the knee joint should not be overly active during the acute stage of synovitis. You can choose to rest, elevate the affected limb and straight leg raise, isometric contraction of quadriceps, squatting against the wall without load and other exercise rehabilitation training.
2. Recovery period: during the recovery period of knee synovitis, the muscle strength around the knee joint should be strengthened, and the knee joint motor function should be restored. Weight-bearing squatting, arrow squatting, knee stability training, etc. can be carried out.
(1) Weighted squatting: keep the correct squatting posture, back straight, feet shoulder-width or slightly wider than the shoulder, torso tightening, buttocks sitting back, knee joints as far as possible not more than the toes, dumbbells or kettlebells, etc. can be used for weight-bearing.
(2) Arrow Squat: keep the torso upright, open the front and back of the lower limbs, gradually lower the front leg, keep the knee joint not more than the toes, lower the back leg until the knee joint slightly touches the ground, and then return.
(3) Knee stability training: can be in the balance board or balance cushion and other unstable plane for single-leg support, throwing and catching the ball and other training, you can gradually increase the difficulty of training from eyes open to eyes closed.
It is recommended that patients with knee synovitis consult a doctor in time, under the guidance of professional doctors and therapists to carry out scientific rehabilitation training, to avoid blind training on their own, so as not to cause adverse consequences.
