The ultrasound shows enhanced parenchymal echogenicity in both kidneys, which may be caused by acute pyelonephritis, or it may be a manifestation of chronic kidney disease or early glomerulonephritis on ultrasound, which requires further examination, including urinary routine, urine culture, 24-hour endogenous creatinine clearance, urine osmolality, urine microprotein and other indicators to clarify the diagnosis and then targeted treatment. If it is clear that it is acute pyelonephritis, oral treatment with sensitive antibiotics, such as furantoin tablets and sulfadiazine tablets for 2-4 weeks will restore the parenchymal echogenicity of the kidney to a normal state after the inflammation is controlled. If it is clear through examination that it is caused by chronic kidney disease or glomerulonephritis, oral treatment with drugs such as Jin Shui Bao capsule or Bai Ling capsule is needed for at least 3-6 months to control the condition.
