The examination of external genital organ development mainly includes surface palpation examination and laboratory examination. 1. Palpation: When palpating the external genital organs, one should focus on the penis, urethral opening, vaginal opening, scrotum, inguinal lymph nodes and other surface organs, and press or touch them to determine whether there are nodules, thickenings or lumps on the external genital system. 2. Laboratory examination: Laboratory examination of the development of the external organs of the reproductive system is mainly done by sampling and smearing to determine the presence of fungal and bacterial infections or inflammation. Sampling of urine, semen, leukorrhea, and other secretions can be used to initially determine the presence of common fungal infections or bleeding in the external genital organs. Personal hygiene should be practiced prior to the external genital examination. If the patient is not feeling well, he/she should consult the doctor for examination and early treatment.
