Urinary incontinence in advanced stage of lung cancer can be seen in two situations: First, brain metastasis of lung cancer, brain cell edema and intracranial occupancy, accompanied by intracranial hypertension, headache, nausea, vomiting and progressive body failure, and the brain center is unable to control urinary excretion, resulting in urinary incontinence. Secondly, advanced lung cancer with cachexia, systemic over-exhaustion, hepatic and renal dysfunction, hypoproteinemia and electrolyte disorders, which is a state of advanced cachexia of lung cancer, has a very poor prognosis and can easily lead to urinary and fecal incontinence due to weakness and sinking of middle air. In conclusion, urinary incontinence in advanced stage of lung cancer is mostly caused by deficiency of lung qi, deficiency of spleen qi and kidney inability to receive qi, so it is necessary to give methods such as tonifying kidney qi, strengthening spleen and lung to prolong survival period and improve survival quality.
