Is breast calcification grade 4A serious?

Breast calcification with a grade of 4A is generally not a very serious disease, because the current classification of breast lumps is based on whether the lump has clear borders, good blood supply, whether it is accompanied by calcification, and whether the aspect ratio exceeds 1. A grade of 4 or higher means that there is a possibility of malignancy, which is divided into 4A, 4B and 4C. Therefore, the presence of calcification in the breast and the grade 4A indicates the possibility of malignancy, but the probability of malignancy is relatively low. Because the clinical statistics are less than 5%, most of them are not serious diseases and require further pathological puncture or cytocentesis to exclude the possibility of malignancy. Therefore, the majority of grade 4A breast calcifications are not serious diseases, but they need to be alerted to the possibility of malignancy.
