Trimethoprim Econazole Cream adverse reactions include local allergic reactions, skin atrophy, capillary dilation, hyperpigmentation, and secondary infections. It is contraindicated in people with tuberculosis of the skin, syphilis or viral infections, hypersensitivity to any of the components of the product.
