What are the symptoms of interstitial colon

Most patients with interstitial colon have no obvious symptoms, and some may present with symptoms such as right upper abdominal discomfort and abdominal distension.
Interstitial colon is a colon embedded between the liver and the diaphragm, which is mostly caused by factors such as prolapse and abnormal position of the liver.
Most patients with interstitial colon have no obvious symptoms. Some patients may present with symptoms of discomfort, vague pain, and abdominal distension in the right upper abdomen, which worsens after eating. If obstruction occurs in the embedded colon, it may be manifested as sudden and severe epigastric pain, abdominal distension, vomiting, stopping anal defecation and other symptoms, which can be relieved after a few hours to a few days, and most of the symptoms disappear suddenly after activities.
When the diagnosis of interstitial colon is confirmed, attention should be paid to timely consultation and further treatment or therapy as prescribed by the doctor.
