Right testicular pain is commonly seen in acute epididymitis, testicular syringomyelia, testicular torsion and other diseases. Acute epididymitis is usually often caused by bacterial infection, patients will have obvious scrotal pain, there will be fever, chills and other clinical symptoms, need to be treated by antibiotics. Testicular syringomyelia can be caused by epididymitis or primary syringomyelia, which is caused by excessive fluid accumulation in the syringomyelia lumen, and will cause symptoms such as testicular swelling, scrotal distension and pain. Testicular torsion usually occurs at rest, due to the rotation of the spermatic cord caused by testicular ischemia, severe patients often cause testicular ischemia, necrosis, belongs to a clinical emergency, need to seek medical treatment as soon as possible, to avoid necrosis due to testicular ischemia.
