The patient was found to have erosive duodenal bullae by gastroscopy. The treatment of this disease depends on the presence of H. pylori infection, and it is recommended that a C14 breath test be done first to clarify the presence of H. pylori infection when this disease is found. If there is this bacterial infection, H. pylori needs to be killed off first with quadruple therapy, and then treated with drugs that inhibit gastric acid and promote healing of the duodenal mucosa; if the test does not reveal the presence of H. pylori infection, it is treated directly with drugs that inhibit gastric acid and promote healing of the duodenal mucosa. The latter is commonly used with rabeprazole or lansoprazole plus rehabilitative new liquid, and the course of treatment is usually about three weeks. In addition, this disease is directly related to inattentiveness in eating, in the diet should eat less spicy, fried and other irritating foods, and must abstain from alcohol.
