The cause of HPV 16 infection is still unclear, but experts and scholars agree that it is related to sexual intercourse, because women who do not have a history of sexual intercourse will not be infected with high-risk types of HPV. Married women or women with a history of sexual intercourse should undergo regular cervical cancer screening, including TCT and HPV tests, to detect low-grade lesions, high-grade lesions, or carcinoma in situ of the cervical epithelium, so that the patient’s quality of life can be improved. If there is cervical cancer in situ, active surgery, the patient’s survival time is very long, and it is recommended that women undergo cervical cancer screening once a year.
