The difference between gastrointestinal hyperplasia and alloplastic hyperplasia mainly refers to the difference between intestinalization and alloplastic hyperplasia. Gastrointestinal hyperplasia is a kind of common gastric mucosal lesion, while alloplastic hyperplasia refers to abnormal cancerous phenomenon, which is different from each other in many aspects, such as the definition, the risk of cancerous lesion and the treatment modality. 1. Definition: Enterocytosis refers to the decrease of gastric mucus secretion after the occurrence of atrophic gastritis, which prompts the gastric mucosal glands to transform into intestinal cells gradually, and finally evolve into intestinal epithelial cells; while heterotrophic hyperplasia refers to the hyperplastic lesion of gastric mucosal glands which is heterotrophic under the condition of long-term damage. 2. Cancer risk: enterocytosis means that the gastric mucosa cells show the structure of intestinal cells, and the chance of cancer is smaller than heterozygous hyperplasia; heterozygous hyperplasia is a junctional lesion between simple hyperplasia and neoplastic hyperplasia, and it is a real pre-cancerous lesion. 3. Treatment: intestinalization can be divided into mild, medium and severe, in which mild intestinalization can be self-repairing, and medium and severe intestinal hyperplasia needs intervention under the guidance of doctors; heterotrophic hyperplasia can also be divided into mild, medium and severe; mild heterotrophic hyperplasia can be followed up irregularly, medium heterotrophic hyperplasia needs to be followed up regularly, severe heterotrophic hyperplasia should be followed up closely, and if suspected of being cancerous, it should be treated by surgery. In the above cases, it is recommended to follow the advice of professional doctors and go to the hospital for gastroscopy on a regular basis, and at the same time intervene as early as possible to reduce the risk of the disease.
