Symptoms of spontaneous pneumothorax

Spontaneous pneumothorax patients mostly show chest pain, dyspnea, irritating cough, respiratory circulation disorder, etc. 1. Chest pain: generally the onset is relatively acute, patients suddenly feel chest pain on one side, which lasts for a short period of time and is cut-like or needle-like pain. 2. Chest tightness: lungs are compressed, chest tightness can occur. 3. Dyspnea: when the volume of air accumulated in the pleural cavity is relatively large, the patient has obvious dyspnea, resulting in the inability to lie down. 4. Irritating cough: caused by gas in the pleural cavity irritating the pleura. 5. Respiratory and circulatory disorders: when tension pneumothorax occurs, the pressure in the pleural cavity suddenly rises, the mediastinum is displaced, and serious respiratory and circulatory disorders occur, which are manifested as cold sweating, restlessness, cyanosis, chest tightness, cardiac arrhythmia, etc., and even respiratory failure, unconsciousness and other manifestations may occur. It is recommended that patients with spontaneous pneumothorax go to regular hospitals in time to avoid delaying their condition.
