Breast category 3 is a diagnostic method using the BI-RADS classification of the breast, which is an acronym for Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System and is the more commonly used scoring standard in clinical diagnosis. a BI-RADS classification of 3 indicates that the tumor has a greater chance of being benign and less than 2% of being malignant, and can be followed up for a short period of time with a review of the ultrasound in 3-6 months. The most common type of tumor is breast fibroadenoma, which is round or round-like with clear border and can slide up and down when touched. The chance of malignancy is extremely low and the best treatment is surgical excision. Some of the cysts that cannot be palpated or small cysts that appear in clusters also belong to this category. In either case, follow-up observation is recommended and, if necessary, needle aspiration biopsy or minimally invasive excision of the breast with McMurdo can be chosen and sent for biopsy.
