What are choriomeningeal adenomas?

Choroidal adenoma is one of the common pathological types of adenomatous polyps in the colon, and it is a precancerous lesion with a high cancer rate, which can reach 50%. Therefore, patients with colorectal polyps need to have polyps removed if they have choriocapillaris, and no other treatment is needed after surgery, but they should monitor the change of their condition and have a colonoscopy once a year to monitor the presence of polyps. If polyps are present, polypectomy should also be performed, and pathology needs to be done once a year after removal. If the pathological examination reveals that the polyp has become cancerous, it needs to be treated according to the principles of colorectal cancer treatment.
