Stomach pain and flatulence and diarrhea may be caused by physiological reasons, or may be caused by peptic ulcer, acute gastroenteritis, gastrointestinal tract tumors and other pathological reasons.
1. Physiological reasons: eating spicy and irritating food may stimulate the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract, leading to gastrointestinal spasm, insufficient power, abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea symptoms.
2. Pathologic causes:
(1) Peptic ulcer: peptic ulcer may cause indigestion and gastrointestinal dysfunction, resulting in symptoms of abdominal pain, bloating and diarrhea.
(2) Acute gastroenteritis: it is an acute inflammation of gastrointestinal mucosa caused by many reasons, and due to the stimulation of inflammation, symptoms of abdominal pain, abdominal distension and diarrhea will appear.
(3) Gastrointestinal tumor: gastrointestinal tumors may present the above symptoms, in addition to wasting and other systemic manifestations.
If the symptoms cannot be relieved in time, it is recommended that the patient should seek medical treatment in time to avoid delaying the condition.
