Sweat patches are medically known as florid furosemide, and patients may experience symptoms such as a punctate patchy rash, scaling, and itchy skin. Patients with florid furosemide usually present with a punctate, scaly rash on the epidermis and occasional mild itching on the affected areas. The skin lesions occur in the neck, chest, shoulders, upper limbs proximal position and so on. In the early stage of the disease, there are usually dots with clear boundaries, and as the disease progresses, the dots will gradually increase to the size of a fingernail cap, with a round or round-like appearance. Neighboring lesions may fuse with each other to form large, irregular patches covered with scales. The condition is usually more severe in summer and less severe in winter. If the patient has the above symptoms, it is recommended to go to the hospital to determine whether he/she is suffering from florid chaff rash.
