What are the symptoms of lymphoid follicular hyperplasia of the pharynx?

In pharyngeal lymphoid follicular hyperplasia, patients usually experience a foreign body sensation and dryness in the pharynx, accompanied by irritating dry cough, coughing up pus and sputum, and repeated throat clearing.
Pharyngeal lymphoid follicular hyperplasia is usually caused by repeated stimulation of inflammation, and patients may experience a foreign body sensation and dryness in the pharynx, accompanied by irritating dry cough, coughing up pus and sputum, and repeated clearing of the throat. Other patients may still have the symptom of foreign body sensation in the pharynx even though they cough up sputum. Some patients may also have no obvious discomfort.
If lymphoid follicular hyperplasia in the pharynx does not have any clinical symptoms, no special treatment is needed.
