What’s with the mouth shaking?

Mouth tremors are related to physiologic factors and may also be related to diseases such as hypocalcemia and Parkinson’s disease.
1. Physiological factors: Mouth twitching can occur when stimulated by cold. When experiencing certain stressful events, due to excessive emotional anxiety and tension, mouth tremors can also occur.
2. Diseases
(1) Hypocalcemia: The lack of calcium in the body leads to an increase in the excitability of muscle nerves, which can cause mouth tremors.
(2) Parkinson’s disease: patients with this disease may have a resting tremor, which may be manifested as mouth trembling, hand shaking, head shaking, and so on.
(3) Facial muscle spasm: blood vessel compression of the facial nerve can cause facial muscle spasm, involuntary twitching of one side of the facial muscles, manifesting the mouth shaking, eyelid shaking and so on.
When mouth shaking occurs, you can go to the hospital to find out the cause and get timely treatment.
