The so-called poorly differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma belongs to cancers with poor differentiation degree from the pathological point of view, that is to say, the difference between liver cancer cells and normal cells is very big, and the bigger the difference between cancer cells and normal cells pathologically indicates that the differentiation degree is poorer, which implies that the degree of malignancy is higher. Generally speaking, the survival period or prognosis of liver cancer is very poor, and active treatment, especially radical surgical resection as well as postoperative adjuvant treatment and other therapeutic means, is needed. The treatment of poorly differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma mainly adopts radical surgical resection, which depends on the size of the hepatocellular carcinoma and the extent of invasion. If the tumor is less than 3cm, there is no invasion of important blood vessels, such as portal vein, and there is no metastasis of lymph nodes, radical surgical resection can be adopted, and the survival period after radical surgical resection is still good.
