Can Gastric Hypofractionated Cancer Be Cured?

Gastric low-differentiated cancer is difficult to treat, most patients cannot be cured, only a few early stage patients can be cured. Gastric hypofractionated carcinoma is a more common pathological type of gastric cancer. Since it is hypofractionated carcinoma, it grows faster, is highly malignant, has poor therapeutic effect, and has a bad prognosis. Since most of the patients have already reached middle and late stage when they are found, it is difficult to cure completely, and only control the growth of tumor so that the patients can live with the tumor and prolong the survival time as much as possible. A small number of patients who are found early and confirmed that the tumor infiltration range is not large when diagnosed, and no metastasis to distant organs have occurred, can be completely cured by surgical resection of the mass, supplemented with chemotherapy, radiotherapy, TCM, or immunotherapy and other comprehensive treatment measures. Therefore, although the treatment effect of gastric poorly differentiated cancer is poor, as long as early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment, there is still a chance to cure.
