At seven months of age, the baby moves about three to five times an hour. Sometimes the surface of the belly will jump and feel bouncy, which is most likely the baby’s hiccups in the belly. Sometimes there will be small puffs on the belly, each time in a different position, which is the baby moving its arms and legs inside. There will also be wave-like movement on the tummy, which is the baby rolling over inside. There is also a rumbling inside the stomach, like bubbles or small fish moving, which is also caused by the baby’s fetal movement.
