What’s wrong with a 6-year-old’s frequent nosebleeds?

Frequent nosebleeds in 6-year-old children may be related to local nasal lesions and systemic diseases, and further examination is needed to clarify the cause.
1. Frequent nosebleeds can be caused by local inflammation of the nasal cavity, trauma, foreign bodies and malignant tumors in children. Nasal inflammation such as nasopharyngitis can lead to nasal mucosa capillary damage rupture bleeding. Malignant tumors around the nose, such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma, can lead to bleeding in early stage with less bleeding and in late stage with more bleeding.
2. If children suffer from systemic diseases such as coagulation dysfunction, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, febrile diseases, etc., it can also lead to frequent occurrence of nosebleed symptoms. Commonly, there are leukemia, hypertension, acute upper and lower respiratory tract infections, vitamin K deficiency and so on.
