Patients with pain caused by gallbladder stones can choose conservative treatment with drugs and surgical treatment.
1. Drug conservative treatment: gallbladder stones cause pain, the patient must be fasting, and then given intravenous anti-inflammatory acid-suppressing treatment, be sure to replenish enough fluids, to avoid patients with acid-base imbalance. Anti-inflammatory drugs include cefoperazone, metronidazole, etc., and acid-suppressing drugs include omeprazole and so on.
Secondly, patients should also be treated with intravenous fluids or intramuscular injection of antispasmodic and analgesic drugs to relieve localized pain, such as scopolamine. The use of medication before the need to consult a doctor.
2. Surgery: patients with more severe gallbladder stones and patients who meet the indications for resection should choose laparoscopic resection of the gallbladder for treatment.
After cholecystectomy, the patient should follow the doctor’s instructions for wound care, diet and activities, and report any abnormalities to the medical staff immediately.
