Numbness in the right half of the body needs to identify the cause, and there is no “fastest treatment”; it may be caused by spinal cord cervical spondylosis, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc., and need to be targeted under the guidance of the doctor’s treatment, such as medication, surgery and so on.
1. Spinal cord cervical spondylosis: patients may experience numbness and pain in one or both upper limbs, as well as numbness and heaviness in one or both lower limbs. Once diagnosed without contraindications to surgery, patients should be treated with surgery in principle; commonly used drugs include non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen, nutritive nerve drugs such as methylcobalamin and muscle relaxants such as ethylpiperidone.
2. Cerebral infarction: the main manifestations are hemiparesis, hemiplegia, hemiplegia (such as numbness of one side of the limbs), aphasia, ataxia, and so on, and headache, vomiting and other manifestations can also occur. Commonly used drugs include thrombolytic drugs such as alteplase, antiplatelet drugs such as cilostazol, neuroprotective drugs such as cytarabine, etc. Surgery should be considered when necessary.
3. Cerebral hemorrhage: patients mostly start to suffer from the disease during activities, often manifested as headache, nausea, vomiting, different degrees of consciousness and limb paralysis. Mannitol is commonly used to lower intracranial pressure, enalapril and other measures to lower blood pressure, while supplementation of coagulation factors and platelets is recommended for patients with severe coagulation factor deficiency or severe thrombocytopenia. Remove hematoma and lower intracranial pressure if necessary.
Numbness of the right half of the body can also be caused by other reasons, it is recommended to consult a doctor in a timely manner, by the doctor to clarify the diagnosis, give targeted treatment, do not blindly self-medication.
