What’s wrong with the dry and crusty inside of the nose?

Dry crusting inside the nose, often accompanied by bleeding, is mostly due to dry nasal cavity. Diseases such as dry rhinitis and atrophic rhinitis can lead to reduced nasal secretion, dry nasal mucosa, and easy formation of crusts. After the crusts fall off, mucosal erosion occurs, triggering bleeding. Patients are advised to consume more vegetables and fruits in their diet, and forbid spicy and stimulating food, too cold or too hot food. Keep the nasal cavity moist by maintaining good physical condition, quitting smoking and alcohol, and staying away from irritating gases. If the nasal cavity is dry, use deep sea nasal wash to lubricate the nasal mucosa to prevent nasal dryness and bleeding.
