How to regulate obesity

Spleen deficiency manifesting as obesity, bloating, weakness, heaviness, abdominal congestion, history of overeating, dysuria, loose stools or constipation. Use Ginseng Ling Bai Zhu San combined with Fang Ji Huang Qi Tang plus reduction. Yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney manifests as obesity, easy fatigue, warmth of the limbs, preference for hot drinks, and long and clear urine. Zhen Wu Tang combined with Ling Gui Zhu Gan Tang is recommended. In addition, the usual diet should be light, avoid fat, sweet, alcohol, wine and delicious, eat more vegetables, fruits and other foods rich in fiber, vitamins, appropriate supplementation of protein, low sugar, low-fat, low-salt; appropriate to participate in physical exercise.
