Second, adhere to the appropriate amount of physical exercise, pay attention to the combination of work and rest. A happy mood is the catalyst for height growth. Physical exercise can promote the development and soundness of children’s bones, joints and ligaments. So parents should urge their children to do appropriate physical activity every day, the type of exercise to aerobic exercise, vertical exercise such as skipping rope, etc., exercise to sweat helps children grow taller.
Finally, ensure sufficient sleep. Adequate sleep will make growth hormone and other growth hormones in the best secretion and functional state.
