Lidocaine injection is the most commonly used local anesthetic and antiarrhythmic drug in clinical practice. As an anesthetic, lidocaine is widely used because of its rapid onset of anesthesia and good anesthetic effect. It is mainly used for local infiltration anesthesia, continuous epidural anesthesia, surface anesthesia during laparoscopy, and anesthesia for nerve conduction block of surgical incision after surgery, and also used for ventricular arrhythmia, such as premature ventricular contractions and ventricular tachycardia. Lidocaine is strictly contraindicated in patients with lidocaine allergy, A. S. syndrome, preexcitation syndrome, and third-degree atrioventricular block. Adverse symptoms such as dizziness, nausea and vomiting, sensory abnormalities and muscle tremors have also been observed with lidocaine, most of which are related to the dosage used, and disappear after discontinuation of the drug. For children, pregnant women and other groups should be used with caution, lidocaine should be used under the prescription of a physician.
