Side effects of Sanjin tablets

As a common Chinese medicine for gonorrhea treatment, Sanjin Tablet has broad-spectrum antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, analgesic and immune enhancing effects, and is often widely used in urinary tract infections with antibacterial drugs. Sanjin Tablet is a safe and reliable drug, and no significant adverse reactions and drug resistance have been found in long-term clinical application. The main adverse reactions include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, indigestion and other gastrointestinal reactions, dizziness, rash, and occasionally weakness when Sanjin Tablet is combined with antibacterial drugs for anti-infection treatment. After continuing or stopping the medication, the adverse reactions disappear, and in serious cases, the adverse reactions are relieved after symptomatic treatment. One study found that in the treatment of acute simple lower urinary tract infection with Sanjin tablets, among 35 patients with Sanjin tablets combined with levofloxacin, 3 cases of gastric discomfort and 1 case of rash occurred, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 11%; among 35 cases with Sanjin tablets alone, only 2 cases of gastric discomfort occurred, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6%.
