Animal gums: are commonly used clinically as tonic drugs, with the efficacy of tonifying the spleen and kidney, nourishing Yin and liver, filling the marrow, benefiting Qi and nourishing Blood, searching wind and picking up ligaments, softening hardness and dispersing knots. According to the evidence, we apply Deer horn gum and Colla Corii Asini to patients with Yang deficiency and Turtle shell gum, Colla Corii Asini and Turtle nail to patients with Yin deficiency. For those with blood deficiency, we use gum to nourish the blood. 2. Worm medicines: such as leech, ground dragon, ground turtle worm, whole scorpion, centipede, etc. have good effects in the clinical application of traditional paralysis and cancer, such as deep to tendons and bones, dispelling wind and pain, activating blood circulation and removing stasis, detoxifying and anti-cancer, etc. They can play a good role, and show better application prospects for multiple myeloma, which is deeply located and so far difficult to cure. We add leech, dilong and trigon for hyperviscosity; turtle shell, ground turtle worm, whole scorpion and silkworm for skeletal enlargement and hepatosplenomegaly. 3. rattan drugs: rattan drugs have the functions of soothing the meridians, dispelling wind and relieving pain, detoxifying and anticancer. Multiple myeloma lesions in the bone marrow and bones, mostly due to cold, resulting in spleen and kidney Yang deficiency. In modern medicine, peripheral neuropathy, amyloidosis and hyperviscosity can be combined, and drug-related peripheral neuropathy can occur after chemotherapy.
