If the diagnosis of hepatic calcification has been confirmed by relevant ultrasound imaging, it can usually be cured. Simple intrahepatic calcification does not even require treatment and only requires regular review and follow-up, although it needs to be distinguished from other liver diseases to avoid delaying the best time to treat the disease.
