Liver calcifications are not usually cancerous, but in patients with liver tumors, malignant tumors, or liver cancer, foci of calcification may also be present in the liver, so liver cancer must first be ruled out before a determination can be made. Simple intrahepatic calcified lesions usually do not become cancerous, so do not worry and panic too much.
