Lung cancer is a common malignant tumor. The prognosis of lung cancer depends on early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment. Treatment methods for lung cancer include surgery, radiation, chemical drugs and other treatments. However, surgery is still the main treatment method for lung cancer at present. The Department of Thoracic Surgery of Long March Hospital has accumulated rich experience in lung cancer treatment and treated a large number of patients, reaching the advanced level in China in terms of surgical resection rate and long-term survival rate. We adopt the following different ways to treat lung cancer according to different lesion sites and different clinical conditions, including lobectomy, total pneumonectomy, intrapericardial treatment of pulmonary vessels for pneumonectomy, bronchopulmonary artery sleeve lobectomy and minimally invasive thoracoscopic resection and other surgical methods. 1.Selective lung segment or wedge resection is suitable for stage I lung cancer with low lung function in old age and frailty. 2.Lobectomy is the most commonly used procedure in lung resection, accounting for 80%. It is applicable to the surgical treatment of various lung diseases. It is the standard procedure for lung cancer treatment at present. 3.Total pneumonectomy is suitable for patients with extensive tumor and unable to perform lobectomy while the lung function on the healthy side is good and can be compensated. 4.Pulmonary resection with intrapericardial treatment of pulmonary vessels On the basis of the above conventional procedures, for patients with middle and advanced tumors or lymph nodes invading pulmonary vessels, lobectomy or total pneumonectomy with intrapericardial treatment of pulmonary vessels is adopted to improve the surgical resection rate and achieve radical cure. It has enabled many patients with advanced lung cancer to get the opportunity of surgical treatment and achieve satisfactory results. 5.Pulmonary artery and bronchoplasty pneumonectomy Adopting trachea, bronchus and pulmonary artery pneumonectomy preserves normal lung tissues as much as possible, improves postoperative lung function and quality of life, and at the same time expands the indications for lung cancer surgery, so that some patients with poor lung function can get the chance of surgery. 6.Surgical treatment for brain metastasis of lung cancer detected at the same time For patients with good general condition, no metastasis in other organs of the body (except brain metastasis), no extensive lymph node metastasis in mediastinum and chest, and expected to be resected more completely by surgery, open lobectomy + intracranial metastasis resection can be performed at the same time with one anesthetic. It can effectively prolong the survival period of patients and improve the quality of survival.
