Learn these three tricks to know the symptoms of testicular tumor early

The breast is the prominent secondary sexual characteristic of women and the testicles are the most prominent secondary sexual characteristic of men. These two also have something in common in terms of pathogenesis. The main symptoms of testicular cancer, like breast cancer, are mainly painless lumps, which can be detected early through self-examination. If the tumor has not yet metastasized, the chance of cure can reach 95%. Like other malignant tumors, the factors leading to testicular cancer are very complicated, but the most dangerous one is cryptorchidism. Cryptorchidism, formed when a male’s testicle fails to descend into the scrotum at birth and is retained in the abdominal cavity. Even with surgical treatment, its chance of malignancy is still 20 times higher than normal; if it is never removed, the chance of malignancy can be more than 50%. This fact indicates that prolonged exposure to higher body temperatures is harmful to the testes. Can I still have children after removing the diseased testicles? Most patients with testicular cancer can retain their fertility after treatment. Testicular cancer is usually solitary and rarely occurs bilaterally at the same time, so the prognosis is better. Men should also have a monthly examination Adult women should have a breast self-examination on the 5th day after their monthly period. Doctors recommend that men should also perform testicular self-examinations, once a month. The best time to perform the examination is when the skin becomes soft after washing the genitals with warm water. Check by holding the scrotum in your palm and gently rubbing the testicles with your fingers to make them roll. If the symptoms on the right appear, you have to take care of them urgently, don’t delay the disease by avoiding treatment. Although testicular cancer has a high cure rate in early stage, because of its insidious onset and rapid progress, if it is not detected in time, it often metastasizes quickly and endangers life. 1.See: Are the testicles symmetrical? Does it look particularly large unilaterally? Testicular enlargement is the result of endless multiplication and proliferation of tumor cells. 2.Touch Does the testicle look like a stone when you touch it with your hand, and the texture of the testicle becomes harder than before? It is a substantial lump with a hard texture because of the massive growth of tumor cells, which is significantly different from the testicle that is uniformly swollen and has a soft texture when inflammation occurs in the testicle in general. 3.Feeling Is there a kind of downward feeling in the testicle? But it is not painful when pressed? After the tumor cells grow to a certain extent, the weight of the testicle will increase suddenly, and the patient will have a heavy feeling of falling and even affect walking. If you hold up the testicles with your hand, it is like holding a stone and there is a certain weight feeling. Men should usually pay attention to avoid trauma to testicles; pay attention to genital hygiene, it is best to wash once a day; try to reduce the pressure on testicles when riding a bike; have a regular sex life to avoid testicular strains and injuries brought about by improper sex life.
