Can high low blood pressure be cured in young people

Young people with high blood pressure, i.e. hypertension, is usually difficult to cure if it is primary, while secondary may be cured.
1. Primary hypertension: it mainly includes genetic and environmental factors, and is relatively difficult to cure; in mild cases, blood pressure is mainly controlled by adjusting dietary habits, appropriate exercise, quitting smoking and alcohol, and medication, etc. However, some antihypertensive medications are easily affected by bad diets (high-sodium, low-potassium, and low-calcium diets, large amounts of alcohol, and excessive intake of proteins, etc.), and need to be taken under the guidance of a doctor.
2. Secondary hypertension: often caused by renal diseases (such as glomerulonephritis, chronic pyelonephritis), endocrine diseases (such as hypercortisolism, pheochromocytoma), etc., and hypertension can usually be cured after active treatment and cure of primary diseases.
It is recommended that patients follow the doctor’s instructions to standardize treatment, and at the same time correct poor lifestyle and pay attention to monitoring blood pressure changes.
