What’s wrong with lung cancer pain?

Lung cancer cancer pain may be related to the invasion of nerves, bones, and organs by the cancer mass, and may also be caused by anti-tumor therapy.
Lung cancer is a malignant tumor disease that originates in the glands of the lungs or bronchial mucosa. Usually, cancer pain can be divided into three types, namely tumor-related pain, anti-tumor treatment-related pain, and non-tumor factor pain, and lung cancer cancer pain is mostly considered to be related to the first two types.
Because lung cancer mass will invade adjacent tissues and organs around the lung, it will cause irregular hidden pain or dull pain, and the pain will be aggravated when coughing. When the lung cancer mass invades the mediastinum, resulting in obstruction of superior vena cava reflux, it will cause headache. If the cancer mass invades the pelvis and spine, it will cause bone pain in corresponding parts.
Besides, lung cancer patients need to take chemotherapy or radiotherapy, which will cause damage to peripheral nervous system to a certain extent, and then will cause pain.
All in all, lung cancer patients with cancer pain need to go to the hospital in time and cooperate with doctors to carry out standardized treatment, so as to avoid delaying their condition.
