Lumbar disc herniation according to the clinical examination results show that the herniated position is different, the pain point is also different, with the highest incidence of L3/4, L4/5, L5/S1, accounting for about 95% of the total. If the L3/4 disc herniation, the pain point is located in the intervertebral space of the L3/4 disc, i.e., parallel to the ilium above the ilium. In case of L5/S1 disc herniation, the pain point is located in the sacrococcygeal bone. The simultaneous occurrence of low back pain and pain and numbness in the lower limbs in life should raise vigilance and seek timely medical treatment to check whether it is caused by compression of the nerve root.
