Hepatocellular carcinoma can be treated by liver transplantation, but it needs to meet the criteria for liver transplantation treatment. Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the primary liver malignant tumors and the most common malignant tumor of the liver, accounting for about 90% of cases. The incidence rate is higher in the southeast coastal area of China. Liver transplantation is one of the treatments for hepatocellular carcinoma, and it can achieve better long-term therapeutic effects. Internationally, most of the patients with early stage hepatocellular carcinoma are selected for liver transplantation according to Milan criteria. Milan criteria for liver transplantation: single tumor <5 cm; two or three tumors, all <3 cm in diameter, without vascular invasion or extrahepatic metastasis. In the clinic, liver transplantation for early-stage liver cancer that meets this criterion has certain efficacy, with a 5-year survival rate of about 75%, and the postoperative recurrence rate of patients is generally less than 10%. It is recommended that patients should go to regular hospitals for standardized treatment under the guidance of doctors and in combination with their own conditions.
