Standards for proper dietary nutrition Vegetables: Daily intake of vegetables 300~500 grams (6 taels~1 catty). Fruits: Fruit intake is 200~400 grams (4~8 taels). Chicken, duck, lean meat, fish and eggs: 150~250 grams (3~5 taels). Milk: yogurt is preferred, about 300 grams. Soybean and its products: intake of about 40 grams. Cereals, potatoes and miscellaneous legumes: such foods should not be neglected, 250~500 grams (5 taels~1 catty) per day.
