1. Food poisoning: caused by eating food contaminated by pathogenic bacteria or their toxins and chemicals, manifested by nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms. Treatment includes dietary adjustments (light liquid or semi-liquid diet), symptomatic treatment, such as belladonna tablets for severe abdominal pain, and oral montelukast for severe diarrhea.
2. Dyspepsia: mainly manifested as postprandial fullness, middle and upper abdominal pain, which may be accompanied by diarrhea or constipation. Patients can be given 2 to 4 weeks of acid-suppressing or gastric motivation drugs for treatment, such as domperidone, mosapride, omeprazole, ranitidine and so on.
3. Acute gastroenteritis: mainly manifested as diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, etc. For treatment, montelukast can be used to protect the intestinal mucosa, probiotics to regulate the intestinal flora, and antibiotics such as norfloxacin can be used to treat infected patients.
