For dizziness caused by otolithiasis, it is episodic and usually lasts no more than 1 minute, while the patient may be accompanied by nystagmus, panic and sweating. For otolithosis, some patients can be cured by themselves without treatment, and some patients need to be clinically treated with manipulative reset, and some patients have been irritated by the calcium carbonate crystals after precipitation and sticking to the crest of the kettle, for this kind of patients, it is more difficult to reset, and it is recommended to mechanically reset.
