What are the signs of stage 2 cervical cancer

Patients with stage II cervical cancer refer to the cervical tumor growing beyond the uterus but not reaching the pelvic wall or not reaching the lower 1/3 of the vagina; patients with stage II cervical cancer may have symptoms such as vaginal bleeding, bloody or rice-slop-like fishy-smelling leukorrhea, frequent urination, urgency of urination and so on. 1. Vaginal bleeding: it often manifests as vaginal bleeding after sexual life or gynecological examination; it may also manifest as irregular vaginal bleeding, or prolonged menstrual period and increased menstrual flow; elderly patients often have irregular vaginal bleeding after menopause. 2. Vaginal discharge: most patients have white or bloody, thin watery or rice slop-like vaginal discharge with fishy smell; when the cancerous tissue is necrotic and infected, there may be a large amount of rice slop-like or purulent smelly leukorrhea. 3. Others: such as frequent urination, urgency of urination, constipation, anemia, etc. When cancer compresses ureter, it may cause ureteral obstruction, hydronephrosis and uremia. Therefore, the symptoms of patients with stage II cervical cancer are mainly vaginal bleeding and vaginal discharge, and they should go to the hospital for consultation and timely treatment after symptoms appear.
