Lung cancer may cause neck pain, gross edema, hoarseness and other symptoms. 1. Hoarseness: when lung cancer invades recurrent laryngeal nerve, it can cause hoarseness and paralysis of vocal cord, and sometimes it can cause choking on drinking water.
