What’s wrong with itching and pimples at night?

Itching and bumps on the body at night may be considered as urticaria, which may appear as a raised rash, edematous erythema, or a wind-blossom with itching, which is mainly due to the excitation of the vagus nerve at night, and causes frequent attacks of bumps with intense itching. The clinical treatment can be oral loratadine capsules, loratadine dry suspension or fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets with compound glycopyrrolate capsules, and topical application of peppermint glycopyrrolate lotion. If the itching is severe, topical benadryl ointment and glyburide lotion can be used to relieve itching and treat the symptoms. During the treatment period, avoid excessive scratching, and avoid eating seafood, beef, mutton and other allergenic substances.
