Slightly hypoechoic intrahepatic sheet is a descriptive finding on abdominal ultrasound and is often considered to be multiple intrahepatic stones or liver tumors. 1. Multiple intrahepatic stones: Patients with multiple intrahepatic stones are recommended to undergo surgical removal of the stones, regardless of their diameter, due to the risk of inducing and producing liver cancer. 2. Liver tumor: further liver CT enhancement or MRI examination is needed for clarification, followed by surgical resection of the tumor, after which pathological biopsy should be sent to clarify the nature of the tumor. Patients should have low fat and low cholesterol diet, avoid greasy, spicy and stimulating food, drink more water, exercise properly, eat vitamin-rich food, and go to the hospital in time if there is any discomfort, so as not to delay the treatment.
