What is the difference between ephedra and mullein

In addition, ephedra has strong sweating and lung-promoting power, so it should be used with caution for people with deficiency of surface (due to weak muscle surface and frequent natural sweating), deficiency of yin and night sweating (sweating abnormally after falling asleep, but sweating stops after waking up), and people with deficiency of lungs and kidneys with wheezing, and people with deficiency of qi and blood should be cautious in taking Mucuna pruriens.
