The effect of comprehensive holistic treatment

I have a few cases to share with you. These cases are all cases of overall health improvement based on adherence to medication, exercise, and diet adjustment. Female 67 years old, admitted to hospital with dizziness. Diagnosis: posterior circulation ischemia, diabetes mellitus, lipid metabolism disorder, carotid atherosclerosis with plaque formation.
thyroid nodules. After discharge from the hospital, the patient was treated with oral aspirin, Lipitor, calcium hydroxybenzoate and other drugs such as antiplatelet adjustment fat stabilization plaque to improve circulation. At the same time, the patient insisted on soaking his feet in hot water for half an hour every day until his body sweated slightly, and hitting his back against the wall 600 times a day until his body sweated slightly. Eat at least one meal of black rice every day. Maintain an optimistic and cheerful mood every day. After 2 months of persistence, the patient found that his dizziness disappeared. Thyroid nodules disappeared. His thyroid nodules were surgically treated, but the patient did not undergo surgery for fear of postoperative recurrence. Meanwhile, the patient reported that his left leg cramps disappeared. Blood glucose remained at 6 mmol/ fasting and 8 mmol/ about 2 hours after meal. He felt relaxed all over and felt good about himself. Zhao Yimin, Department of Neurology, Aviation General Hospital of China Medical University Male 57 years old, hospitalized with dizziness and tinnitus for many years. Still feels dizzy with tinnitus after discharge from hospital. On the basis of taking drugs such as aspirin, calcium hydroxybenzoate, and min make lang, the patient was asked to soak his feet in hot water every day and insist on golden chicken independence with eyes closed for 2-5 minutes on each leg, and persisted for about 2 months. The patient reported that his tinnitus was significantly reduced, his dizziness was relieved, and his physical and mental health was improved. In fact, in clinical practice, there are many patients with sub-health status, or dizziness and tinnitus symptoms, which would be less effective if they were treated with medication alone. I have achieved good results by having patients adhere to diet and exercise at the same time as medication. Exercise produces happy hormones and a cheerful mood, creating a virtuous cycle that gradually improves the patient’s health.
