The application of interferon is the only antiviral cure for hepatitis C. It must be clear whether you can use it, and all types of interferon are prohibited once you have the following conditions (1) decompensated cirrhosis; (2) presence of elevated serum bilirubin; (3) autoimmune disease or thyroiditis; (4) hyperthyroidism; (5) endogenous depression/schizophrenia; (6) post renal transplantation; (7) severe thrombocytopenia (less than 30,000-50,000/ml); (8) leukopenia (less than 2,000-3,000/ml) (9) Severe coronary heart disease; (10) Pregnant women.
